I'm From Rice Toner is a water-emulsion milky-textured hydrating toner featuring Yeoju rice and 77.78% Gaonmi Extract to deeply clean skin by gentle exfoliation, brighten and revitalize skin, leaving it soft and well hydrated.

Size: 150 mL
How to use

1) Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.
2) After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and wipe off or press onto dry areas.

Hydrating

I’m oily but this toner is hydrating and I like. That my skin feels and looks smoother. It doesn’t leave a sticky feeling and absorbs nicely.
