OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Win a Trip Contest
1. Organizer
The contest is organized by La Boutique THEKSHOP Inc., operating under THEKSHOP (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on December 20, 2025 and ends on June 20, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry
During the Contest Period, each purchase of $150 CAD or more (before taxes, after discounts) made in-store or online earns one (1) entry into the contest.
There is no limit to the number of entries obtained through qualifying purchases.
B. No-Purchase Entry Methods
No purchase is necessary. The odds of winning are the same regardless of the method of entry.
Option 1 – In-Store Social Media Entry
To receive one (1) entry, participants must:

Follow the Organizer’s official Instagram account;

Visit any participating brick-and-mortar store;
-
Take a photo of the designated contest poster displayed in-store;

Post the photo publicly on Instagram;
-
Present the post to an in-store staff member to receive an entry.
The post must remain publicly visible for the duration of the Contest Period. If selected, compliance will be verified.
Limit: one (1) entry per person using this method.
Option 2 – Mail-In Entry
To receive one (1) entry, send a request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
La Boutique THEKSHOP, CP 50523 Carrefour-Pelletier, Brossard Quebec J4X 2V7, Canada
Upon receipt, one (1) official entry will be mailed back. Requests must be received no later than June 18, 2026.
Limit: one (1) entry per person using this method.
5. Entry Limits

Unlimited entries via qualifying purchases.

No-purchase entries are limited to one (1) per person per method during the Contest Period.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) trip for 2 to Korea with an approximate retail value of $10,000 CAD.
The Winner will receive 2 tickets for 2 persons for a two-way trip to Seoul, Korea for approximately 1 week and a hotel accommodation.
The following conditions apply to the Prize: All fees or expenses other than those expressly mentioned above are the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to, transportation, accommodation, meals, beverages (alcoholic or not), gratuities and taxes, insurance, fuel, vehicle rental or insurance, expenses of a personal nature and any required travel documents.

The travel dates will be determined in coordination with the winner.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Additional terms, inclusions, exclusions, blackout periods, and conditions may apply and will be provided to the selected entrant.
7. Draw and Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on June 26, 2026 at THEKSHOP (location to be determined).
The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry and must:

Respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification;

Correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question; and
-
Comply with these Official Rules.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the 72-hour time period, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or does not comply with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified.
In such case, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the prize or to select an alternate entrant by random draw, in accordance with these Official Rules, until a winner is confirmed or the prize is otherwise awarded.
8. Verification and Disqualification
All entries are subject to verification. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these rules or attempts to tamper with the contest.
9. Quebec Residents
Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of the contest may be submitted to the appropriate Quebec authority for resolution. Any dispute regarding the awarding of the prize may be submitted solely for the purpose of reaching a settlement.
10. General Conditions
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
