The Etude House Soon Jung pH 5.5 Relief Toner instantly hydrates your skin after cleansing. Panthenol moisturizes the skin and Madecassoside soothes dry skin to minimize skin redness. With a mildly-acidic pH formula, this toner keeps your skin happily hydrated and protects the skin's moisture barrier.

This toner is free of animal-derived ingredients, mineral oil, pigments, artificial fragrance, polyacrylamide, silicon, imidazolidinyl urea, triethanolamine, PEG-surfactant, and parabens.

How to Use

After cleansing, saturate cotton pad with toner and gently wipe onto skin.
